You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days if it qualifies to be returned — issued in the form of the original payment if it is within 20 days of delivery and online store credit if it is after it. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Full-price items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) within 20 days of delivery.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.

Exchanges

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for money back within 20 days of delivery OR Online store credit only.
  • We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit MUST be used for future purchases.

PayPal Returns

  • Online returns are refunded to your PayPal account if qualified.

Shipping Errors and Damaged Products

Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our warehouse at kylie@liamsmithcompany.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
